OUR NAIL POLICY
We guarantee our nail services for 3 days. If any issues arise within this period, we will fix them free of charge. However, you must call and come in within the first 3 days after the service for the repair. All fixes will be done using the original color or design. Any changes to the color or design will incur an additional charge. Please note that all completed services are non-refundable. If you are unsatisfied with your service, kindly let us know before checking out so we can address any concerns.
RESERVATIONS
To ensure you secure your preferred time and date for services, we recommend making a reservation either by phone or at our reception desk before leaving the spa.
RUNNING LATE?
Please arrive ahead of your scheduled appointment to ensure your services. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be automatically canceled as a no-show. We will gladly reschedule your appointment for a later date or assign you to the next available technician.
